Consider, for a moment, the last great revelation that you had out loud. It seems like an odd sentence. I’d wager that most of your greatest revelations and moments of evolution have come from silence. From time spent in meditation, to even quiet council with your soul tribe. Of course, I don’t mean “silence” in the literal sense. Rather, the silence of your ego. ☾
Great moments of personal evolution have never come from moments when you are preaching from the ego. We don’t realize how much our ego “preaches” at our souls. I love this Rumi quote, “When the lips are silent, the heart has a hundred tongues.” We were born from love and we are made up of the greatest vibration, love, and only when we silence our egos to our learnings flow to us – with the strength of a thousand tongues. ☾
I have been blessed with an unusually high amount of downloads and revelations this week, which have pushed me around another corner and further up the spiral of evolution. But it only all came to me — oh so effortlessly — once I (honestly) shut the fuck up. You can quote me on that. ☾
We all need to take time to breathe. Take time to meditate. Oh, if you do anything, take time to meditate. Commune with your heart. Commune with your spirit guides. Commune with your higher self. Let your head grow light and feel your body go abuzz with the frequency of divinity. Let your ego be silence, silent like an oyster shell. ☾
I’ve been all-up-in-my-divine-self’s business this week, getting myself to just shut-up and listen to my heart and its hundred tongues. They’ve had wonderful things to say. If you are looking for an answer: stop talking about it. It will show up in the most blissfully simple way, as soon as you clam up your mouth.
