BALANCING PCOS NATURALLY ✨ There are a handful of things that I did, holistically, to virtually erase all of my PCOS symptoms. I recently went to an OBGYN at the beginning of the month, who confirmed that my PCOS is as well-managed as it can be. ✨ Practicing yoga asanas for PCOS (a simple YouTube search can find you some) ✨ Eating clean and whole, whenever possible. I didn’t completely cut out gluten and dairy, like a lot of people recommend, but I dialed it way back. ✨ Add turmeric to your diet. I recommend golden milk in the evenings as a way to make sure that you’re getting turmeric. ✨ ACUPUNCTURE! This is my biggest recommendation. I went monthly for a long time, and am excited to be going back to my acupuncturist on a regular rotation.
