When I was balancing my PCOS and recovering from purity culture, I had to do a lot of meditations to focus on clearing out my sacral chakra.⁠ 🌙 Chant to the divine mother herself. You can do this using any divine feminine chant or meditation that resonates best with you.⁠ 🌙 Get in touch with earth or water (nature). If you’re like me and live in a big city, a bubble bath will do just fine!

NextHIS AND HERS ⚡️⁠ There is a divine place for balance between both the masculine and feminine. The masculine energy manifests. The feminine energy intuitively inspires. ⁠ ⚡️ In relationships, there needs to be an understanding of the different but equal roles that both of these energies play. Neither is better than the other. Some dialogue around elevating the divine feminine leads to a disrespect of the divine masculine, which only ends up hurting you as it disrespects the masculine energy contained within you.⁠ ⚡️We need both of these energies. They are present in us and in all of our interactions. Equal responsibilities. Equal power. Equal divine callings.⁠ ⚡️ Anyone who says different or wants to elevate the divine feminine over the divine masculine is suffering from a wound of their energies. ⁠ ⚡️ Crowns for all. 👑
