Remove yourself from “doom scrolling” and make sure that you are taking the time to fill your own tank. 🌟⁠ Meditate. Hit the yoga mat for a little while. Focus on you. If you fill your own tank and detach from the chaos, then you’ll do your part to raise the collective vibration.

NextNo matter what is happening, it’s important to remember that your higher self chose to incarnate during these times. It’s one of the largest mass awakenings to ever hit our planet and you were elected to be part of the souls that raise the vibration of the earth.⁠ ✨⁠ The divine feminine is rising, there is balance being restored to the masculine and feminine energies of the universe. Matrix structures are collapsing in favor of systems that will truly benefit all people.⁠ ✨⁠ So, make sure that you are taking the time to nourish yourself! Dress up in the mornings. Dress up for bedtime! Take time to meditate and make sure that you are setting boundaries for your self-nourishment. During these revolutionary times as the world at large has its own tower moments, when you take time to raise your own vibrations, you take time to raise the world’s vibration.
