🌹BE SOFT WITH YOURSELF 🌹 I have had plenty of issues with balancing my masculine and feminine energy, and a lot of that comes down to having a very trapped feminine (thank you, evangelical purity culture). One of the things that I have struggled to do with myself for a long time is to simply… be. Be soft. Be vulnerable. Find the truest power in that and utilizing it in the way that suits my highest vibration. I’ve always been a big lover of self-care (I take a bubble bath almost every day), but I never did it coming from a place of being g e n t l e with my own soul. Change your perspective, reward yourself when you need it. You can nurture yourself better than anyone else. 🌹
