I’ve been fortunate enough to start a new job in the middle of quarantine, which has been nothing but a blessing (although a little stressful to get adjusted to, as to be expected)! One of the most recent changes though has been an earlier call-time, with more responsibilities and generally be needed before 9am. I am NOT a morning person, but I have found this to be a time in which I can quickly set myself up for a successful day. ✨ I know that I need to be awake and on Zoom in the morning, so there’s no slow start. In the morning, I’m quick to make a cup of coffee, repeat my affirmations, and get dressed (properly dressed!) for the day. This has helped me set my entire mindset and intention in how the day is going to go. ✨ Using those 15 or 20 minutes in the morning has shaped my entire mindset. I set the intention for a good day at work. To be guided by the universe. To spend a second manifesting my dream day and my dream life. ✨ It isn’t a ton of time either, it’s honestly those 15 or 20 minutes. But knowing that I’m not logging on a minute before 9am and that I need to be more on-call, has prompted me to take more care setting myself up for success in the morning… even though I’m HARDLY a morning person! So do it. Set your vibration for the whole day. Do it in the few minutes you have in the morning and watch your day change.
