I know that for me, the past few weeks have been a serious energetic knock on the ass (and a lot of people that I’ve spoken to feel the same)! 🌟⁠ Take time to detach. Remove yourself from “doom scrolling” and make sure that you are taking the time to fill your own tank. 🌟⁠ Meditate. Hit the yoga mat for a little while. Focus on you. If you fill your own tank and detach from the chaos, then you’ll do your part to raise the collective vibration.
