“Good vibes” go way beyond feeling chill or joyful or using the term as a caption for your brunch photo. Raising your vibration is the ultimate goal for our human manifestation here on earth.⁠ ✨⁠ Raising your vibration through meditation, high vibrational eating, positive habits, and spending time seeking and connecting with your higher self are all things that will ultimately raise your vibe.⁠ ✨⁠ But raising your vibration isn’t something to stick in a “spiritual” box and forget about it. You can raise your vibration every minute, of every day, no matter what you are doing.⁠ ✨⁠ When you are putting on lipstick in the morning, do it with the intention of speaking your truth all day. If you spend extra time preparing your breakfast, pray that it is used by your body for its higher good. Putting intention and bringing the “spiritual” to every part of our modern lives is how you ultimately raise your vibration.

One of my favorite moments as a tarot reader is when spirit gives you the answer to a question that wasn’t even asked!⁠ 🌹⁠ There have been several instances across my tarot journey where I felt like I was going out on a limb. The phrase “not sure if this applies to you, but…” has appeared in more than one of my readings.⁠ 🌹⁠ No tarot reading has anything to do with ME, the person. Tarot readings that I do for other people simply allow me to be the vessel to the higher self, spirit guides, ancestors, etc. and THAT is who the messages are from. When those beings give an answer to the question that wasn’t asked, it’s one of my favorite moments. It makes the recipient feel heard (as we all are) by their higher selves and spirit, and it never stops being an honor getting to be that vessel! 🏺

Why tarot?⁠ 🌹⁠ When I first got started on my spiritual evolution, tarot was one of the first things that stuck out to me as a medium. My best friend was my biggest encourager and pushed me to use it personally, as well as professionally.⁠ 🌹⁠ Tarot, for me, opened the door to so many other forms of spiritual knowledge. It helped me unlock my connection to the divine and my higher self, which in turn, came to the outpouring of knowledge that I’m still soaking up to this day. I feel like tarot unlocked my heart and made me feel connected to something that previously I had been unaware of.⁠ 🌹⁠ I remember the first times that I pulled the same card twice in a row when I was in denial… and got the most direct answers from my decks. Tarot gave me the medium that helped me hone my spiritual gifts, not just for others, but also in listening to myself! ⁠ 🌹⁠ If you read tarot (professionally or personally!) drop a comment below with the moment that you knew it was for you!

The world is in the middle of a great split, as @philgoodlife explains in one of his latest videos. The darkness and the light are battling it out over the earth, although we all know who is already determined to win.⁠ ✨⁠ People are feeling chaotic and those who are unawake don’t understand the energetic current that they are trapped in. During this turbulent time… get out of the waves. Self-care is the vibe. Staying inside and nurturing your higher self is the best thing that you can do for you, and as your vibration rises, so does the earth’s vibration.

What you feeding yourself…? I don’t mean only physically. What are you feeding your mind and soul, as well as your body?⁠ ✨⁠ It goes to say that eating healthy is important. There is a reason that vegetarianism and veganism are so popular amongst those who are high vibrational. That diet puts you in a high vibrational space. But it’s also all about balance… because sometimes you equally need a little splurge! (Hello, Jeni’s goat cheese and cherry ice cream)⁠ ✨⁠ But what are you feeding your mind and soul? Sure, you could toss on Netflix every night, but does that serve your higher self? One of the things that I have been pulled towards, and have a lot of conversations with my best friend about, is really pushing away from entertainment media. ⁠ ✨⁠ Netflix is fine, when you want a good laugh or need that mental splurge… but other than that, I’ve been asking myself if watching a sitcom for the 1,000th time is as good for me as a documentary on star seeds or a 20-minute yoga session…⁠ ✨⁠ There’s a huge difference in my day and my vibration when I feed it the right stuff. Your mind and soul are an energetic system, just like your body, so what you eat matters!

F*ck your realism.⁠ ⚡️⁠ I spent a lot of time imagining my dream life over the years, and it always came with a mental catch. I’d dream about the way that I wanted my career to look, what my life would look like, the whole nine yards. Then, I’d dial a few steps back. Think “realistically”, I always told myself. That’s bullsh*t.⁠ ⚡️⁠ When it comes to manifesting your dream life, your wants and desires are already programmed into you from the universe. These things are already in your vibration, you just need to match your vibration to those things. What do you want your dream life to look like? Your house? Your partner? Your job? What is your SOUL calling?⁠ ⚡️⁠ There is no thinking too big with the universe. It’s all about matching your energy to the energy of the life that you want, the life that you are destined for. Sit in gratitude, sit in the vibration of what that dream life feels like… and incorporate it into your daily life in a million little ways. Do you imagine yourself having a cup of coffee as the CEO every day? Get yourself a “CEO” coffee mug and start using it now. Then… release.⁠ ⚡️⁠ The universe has got you. It knows.

I hinged a lot of my peace and self-worth on an imaginary equation: “if then, then X.” I approached mental peace and my foundation worth as an imaginary far-off state. When I had achieved only a certain amount of success or certain image, then I’d be free to experience value and embrace self-worth.⁠ 🥀⁠ F*ck that noise. That boils down to letting external things control you; if you are hinged on results of some kind. Even results that are tied to your own healing. There is always going to be some sort of chaos around you, we live in the 3D.⁠ 🥀⁠ Don’t wait another second. Allow your mind to be still. Know that you can embrace peace and self-love immediately, to its fullest extent, with no strings or results attached.
