This isn’t some L’Oreal slogan. You are worth it, innately, divine as you are and made in the image of angels… ✨

Our wounds and energetic blocks manifest physically. The purity culture environment that I grew up in resulted in a lot of blocked sexual energy and a block of the divine feminine. It’s no surprise that I was diagnosed with PCOS at age sixteen, which is defined by an imbalance of hormones (it is legitimately an imbalance).⁠ 🌹⁠ But, there can be drastic symptoms to PCOS, which I never had. I saw an acupuncturist two years ago who confirmed that my symptoms were mild, if at all present. When I got into yoga heavily earlier this year, I found a lot of tightness in my hip muscles, another physical manifestation of that block.⁠ 🌹⁠ Owning my sexuality, reclaiming my divine feminine, and restoring myself to ultimate balance has been something that I have actively worked on. I finally saw a doctor earlier this week and confirmed that my PCOS is as well-managed as it can be.⁠ 🌹⁠ I have no active symptoms and I should expect minor or no issues with fertility in the future (as compared to believing that I was straight-up infertile for years, part of my own mental block, too).⁠ 🌹⁠ I’ll share more about the holistic things that I’ve done to balance my energy in the future. But it’s all energy. It’s all balance. You’re in complete control of your energy and you have the ability to take it back.

Being in balance is a constant, ongoing state. It is not something to be achieved “in the future” or something that you work towards and never get to.⁠ 🌹⁠ Being in balance is the ongoing state of not depending on any outside circumstances for your emotional wellbeing, not letting things you can’t control affect you (working on that one myself), and finding the daily habits that bring about your manifested dream life (the one you’re entitled to). 🌹

My truth and why I speak on the balance of the divine masculine and feminine, as well as sacred sexuality ↡ 🌹 I was a product of evangelical purity culture, which praises abstinence and physical purity amongst women. This created a deeply seeded sense of self-worth issues, body image issues, and a MASSIVE imbalance of my divine feminine and masculine. I reacted with a very toxic feminine mindset. 🌹 I believed that male attention and validation was something to be sought after, but only to a certain extent – because your body and YOU were worthless if you ever had your “purity” compromised (purity and virginity are social constructs used to control and limit the divine feminine). 🌹 I engaged in a “situationship” in college, with a man who already had a girlfriend. I took whatever sexual validation that I could get while he propositioned several times to take my virginity (he offered it up like he’d be doing me a favor). That relationship had a million things unhealthy about it, but I allowed it because of my toxic feminine template that simultaneously rebelled against and followed purity doctrine. 🌹 I transferred universities and things ended when a third woman was revealed to have been in the picture. What followed was years of man-bashing and a deeper divide in my masculine and feminine balance. I felt unworthy and rejected my own truth. I needed to lie to feel accepted. Now, I’ve never experienced that level of sexual intimacy with someone (I don’t use the word ‘virgin’): let me tell you why that’s EMPOWERING AS FUCK. ↡ 🌹 I used to be embarrassed by it. I was ashamed of my decisions. I felt like it was abnormal and misplaced a lot of my self worth in that. But through the ongoing process of healing my masculine and feminine, I couldn’t be happier with where I am today. That’s my truth. I’ve shed preconceived notions about purity culture and abandoned anything related to guilt and shame. Sex is one of the most powerful energy exchanges in the 3D and now that’s something that I’ll enter into with complete consciousness. 🌹 If you’re a product of purity culture, know you aren’t alone. You aren’t broken, maybe just imbalanced. You’re empowered to heal.

Abhijit Naskar says about this prayer, “I give you “The Human Hymn” for the times when you feel depleted, desolate and defeated.” ⁠ 🌹⁠ We are both the vessel and source of our enlightenment. It’s about accessing information and evolution that is already possessed inside of you.⁠ 🌹⁠ When I was a freshman in high school, I was in Speech & Debate. I can’t remember the exact category I competed in, but it essentially involved me performing a dramatic monologue. I had pretty low expectations and honestly, was doing it for the friends and for something to do. My very first round of competition, at my first meet, I placed first in my first round. I was pleasantly surprised and shocked, I never expected that! ⁠ 🌹⁠ The rest of the meet that day, whenever I walked into a competitive round I was the definition of quiet confidence. I stepped up to the plate every time thinking, “They don’t even know what’s about to hit ’em. I’m a ‘one.'” ⁠ 🌹⁠ Now, I challenge myself to walk into EVERY DAMN DAY with that energy. They don’t even know what’s about to hit them. I know how capable I am, how worthy I am, that I am both the source and the vessel of my enlightenment… ⁠ 🌹⁠ I love this prayer because it reminds us of who are we. We are the divine.

While your favorite red lipstick might never change, change is the only thing that is constant in our human experience (that doesn’t keep my WiFi password from being my exact favorite red shade). ⁠ 💄⁠ Astrology gives us an exact roadmap to all of the upheavals that we are going through globally. (@thatmischaela currently has an amazing breakdown on her IGS!) Change is the only constant and we’re in the middle of generational and ancestral changes that happen once in a century or more. ⁠ 💄⁠ I will be the first person to admit that I needed growth in this area. The beginnings of the pandemic and understanding all of the eclipses left me more in a fear place than a receiving place. Why? ⁠ 💄⁠ In my own experience, I didn’t have a strong enough sense of self-worth to believe that the universe would always have my back. I was being fear-based, which is exactly what the matrix structure wants to keep you in. The universe always has your back. In the midst of tearing down demonic structures and matrix templates that have held people down for centuries, you will always be accounted for.⁠ 💄⁠ Sit in peace. Know your worth. Fear is never a part of the universal template for you. Learn and evolve. Understand that the changes happening were always destined to be a part of your path; to bring about new earth and a genuinely balanced universe. You have a place in that new earth, if you choose it and choose change without fear. There are no accidents.
