Dress up for bedtime! Take time to meditate and make sure that you are setting boundaries for your self-nourishment. During these revolutionary times as the world at large has its own tower moments, when you take time to raise your own vibrations, you take time to raise the world’s vibration.

I know that for me, the past few weeks have been a serious energetic knock on the ass (and a lot of people that I’ve spoken to feel the same)! 🌟⁠ Take time to detach. Remove yourself from “doom scrolling” and make sure that you are taking the time to fill your own tank. 🌟⁠ Meditate. Hit the yoga mat for a little while. Focus on you. If you fill your own tank and detach from the chaos, then you’ll do your part to raise the collective vibration.

Leo New Moon ✨⁠ If you haven’t already set your intentions, you still have time to do so! Set your intentions for the next six months, for what you want to manifest in between now and the Leo Full Moon. ✨⁠ The Leo New Moon will help us move forward as we reset from the strength of the Lion’s Gate portal that occurred on 8/8. Everyone that I know (and me, included, oh my god) had a tough week that week, and the energy has been draining. ✨⁠ Keep focusing on nurturing yourself, as you can’t put good out until you put good in. I’ve been fortunate enough to start a new job in the middle of quarantine, which has been nothing but a blessing (although a little stressful to get adjusted to, as to be expected)! One of the most recent changes though has been an earlier call-time, with more responsibilities and generally be needed before 9am. I am NOT a morning person, but I have found this to be a time in which I can quickly set myself up for a successful day.⁠ ✨⁠ I know that I need to be awake and on Zoom in the morning, so there’s no slow start. In the morning, I’m quick to make a cup of coffee, repeat my affirmations, and get dressed (properly dressed!) for the day. This has helped me set my entire mindset and intention in how the day is going to go.⁠ ✨⁠ Using those 15 or 20 minutes in the morning has shaped my entire mindset. I set the intention for a good day at work. To be guided by the universe. To spend a second manifesting my dream day and my dream life.⁠ ✨⁠ It isn’t a ton of time either, it’s honestly those 15 or 20 minutes. But knowing that I’m not logging on a minute before 9am and that I need to be more on-call, has prompted me to take more care setting myself up for success in the morning… even though I’m HARDLY a morning person! So do it. Set your vibration for the whole day. Do it in the few minutes you have in the morning and watch your day change.

The past few days have felt incredibly chaotic for me. Even though we just passed through the Lion’s Gate Portal, this past Monday seemed to send me for a loop (everyone I talked to also felt like it was an insane day)!⁠ ✨⁠ I took the time to pull from one of my favorite decks – the Rumi Oracle by Alana Fairchild – and landed on this: “The effect of this karmic cycle now unfolding in your life is to bring you into sweet surrender and awakening into greater love… the teacup is not made to hold the ocean!”⁠ ✨⁠ 2020 is all about learning to go with the waves. Let yourself be gently ebbed through the currents as you awaken into a higher calling and greater love. Let yourself be inspired. Witness the change but do not let yourself be drowned by it. Simply be like water and flow. 🌊
